DPSim is Viswire's mathematical model based simulation package for simulating ocean vehicle Dynamic Positioning (DP) systems. This software will serve as Desktop-based training systems for DP operators, featuring realistic ship-ocean interactions and typical DP scenarios. The trainees can visualize and evaluate the results of their DP maneuvering actions directly on a large HDTV monitor or PC monitor screens as 3D visuals, enhancing realism and learning value.
